How to: Use Facebook Places on your iPhone

Facebook Places was announced last week for U.S. members on Smartphones including iPhone, Android and Blackberry! If you don't have a one or not in U.S. then you can't use Facebook Places, We made a quick guide for people who don't know how to use Facebook Places. help you get up, run and share your location!

Facebook Places enables Facebook users to share their location with their friends. When you use "Check In" Facebook will let you know immediately which of your friends have checked in near you, so you will surprise your friend!

Step 1: At first you need to have Facebook for iPhone official app, latest version can be download from here.
Step 2: Once you installed your Facebook for iPhone app, Launch the app and tap on "Places"

Step 3: After touching on " Places" you will be brought to a page which displays all of your friends latest locations. To share your location touch on the “Check In” button at the top.

Step 4: A list of locations will be displayed, most likely including the place that you are at. Simply click on the correct location. If your location isn’t displayed, try searching for it. If it still doesn’t show up, you can add the place by clicking the plus ”+” sign in the top right.

Step 5: The next page will show the location on a map and prompt you to enter details about what you are doing. Once you’ve entered any information that you want to, just click the “Check In” button.

Step 6: After checking in, you may possibly receive a notification like the one above, telling you about friends who checked in at a nearby location.

Now you can use Facebook Places and you will be notified whenever one of your friends who checked in at a nearby location!
